Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Assist clients/guests with special needs, Provide customer service Prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers, Advise on menu selections, Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, Serve food and beverages, Describe and advise on wine selection, Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages, Perform sensory evaluation of wines.

Receive and record patrons’ reservations and assign tables, Greet patrons at entrance of dining room, restaurant, or lounge and escort them to tables or other seating areas, Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, Taking order to take out.
